Our Tradition

The Anglican tradition is a rich and vibrant expression of the Christian faith, rooted in the historic church and deeply shaped by Scripture, tradition, reason, and experience. In it, the practices of the historic church are brought to bear on the needs and questions of today's world with clarity and depth, inviting people into a deeper relationship with God through thoughtful worship, spiritual formation, and rich community.

Central to our tradition is a high view of the sacraments of Baptism and the Eucharist (Holy Communion). Through these sacred acts, we encounter God’s grace in tangible ways. In Baptism, we celebrate new life in Christ and welcome individuals into God’s family. In the Eucharist, we share in the body and blood of Christ, drawing spiritual nourishment and renewal as we are united with Him and one another.

Our worship is shaped by liturgy—a beautiful and structured form of prayer and praise that connects us to the church across generations and around the world. Rooted in Scripture and filled with sacred music, prayer, and responsive readings, Anglican liturgy invites us to engage fully—heart, mind, and body—in the worship of God. This participatory style of worship fosters reverence, spiritual formation, and an encounter with the living God.

Anglicanism also values unity in diversity, holding fast to core Christian beliefs while welcoming people from various backgrounds and perspectives. Whether you are exploring faith for the first time or seeking a deeper connection with God, the Anglican tradition offers a place to belong, grow, and experience the transforming love of Jesus Christ.
